Walk for Cannabis & State House Protest – Stop The Repeal
Thursday, September 3, 2026 | 10:00 AM
Massachusetts State House Steps | Beacon Street, Boston
Question 8 is on the ballot, and the fight is now public.
Join fellow Massachusetts cannabis supporters, workers, advocates, and community members on Thursday, September 3 at 10:00 AM at the Massachusetts State House. While the Legislature is in session, we’ll gather on the State House steps and walk together in support of cannabis access, voter rights, jobs, and the future of Massachusetts’ cannabis industry.
Out-of-state money helped put this repeal on the ballot. Now, Massachusetts voters and the people who built this industry have an opportunity to show up and make their voices heard.
You do not need to be a cannabis consumer to participate. This is about protecting voter choice, supporting 27,000 Massachusetts jobs, and recognizing the $272 million in annual public revenue generated by the state’s cannabis industry.
