Born and raised in Mexico, owner Erick Guerra and his family launched Cielito Lindo in May 2025 after friends encouraged him to share his incredible home cooking.
Now, with his wife, father, and nephew, Erick serves authentic, made-from-scratch favorites like:

Loaded nachos & smash burgers
