Hudson, MA, is the perfect place to visit in June. The month is full of good weather and a calendar of fun-filled community events. Native Sun hopes that after you spend your day exploring Hudson, you stop in and check out our extensive collection of cannabis products.
Here are a few highlights that you don’t want to miss throughout the month:
Downtown Summer Music Series

Every Saturday from May through September, you can enjoy a free concert sponsored by the Hudson Downtown Business Improvement District. The pop-up concerts occur in front of the Town Hall and run from 5 pm to 8 pm. June bands scheduled to perform include Becky and the Swinging Bards, Little Black Dress, and Steve and Zack Smith. The concerts will feature various genres, including folk, rock, and jazz. Support your local musicians by coming out to any of the shows.
Native Sun Product Recommendation: For a summer concert, we choose a THC-infused seltzer to get us in the mood to rock. We are big fans of the Hi5 line of seltzers that include 20 mg of THC and come in delicious flavors like Peach Mango and Black Cherry.
Wood Park Family Concerts

On Wednesdays, the Department of Recreation hosts a summer concert series to get more families to enjoy the beautiful Hudson parks. At Wood Park by the Assabet River, you can bring a chair or blanket and enjoy one of the free concerts in the park. In early June, The Baratas, an 80s cover band, will be on hand to get you moving. Neon Rock, scheduled for later in the month, brings that similar sound of 80s music to the park while adding a classic rock twist. Weather permitting, performances begin at 6:30 pm.
Native Sun Product Recommendation: Pre-roll packs are easy to bring along to concerts and perfect for sharing. We like the Ghostberry and Chocolate Pie strains when you’re looking to kick back and relax at the show.
Hudson Farmers’ Market

The Farmers’ Market is a relatively new event that has become popular among Hudson locals. The market is more than just a chance to shop for fresh local produce. You can also buy from vendors who sell crafts, baked goods, beauty products, and more. Local bands are invited to play throughout the evening from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm to keep the event lively. Head out on Tuesdays from the middle of June through September. You’ll find the market on Main Street in Hudson, MA.
Native Sun Product Recommendation: Sativa gummies are always a solid choice when shopping at an outdoor market. Camino’s Watermelon Lemonade or Pineapple Habanero will lift your mood and keep your energy levels up while shopping.
Theater Performances
Outdoor theater is an enjoyable experience you can take advantage of while in Hudson. The Hudson Classical Theater Company has scheduled performances in June in front of the monument at Riverside Park. Through June 22, Julius Caesar will be performed by the company’s theater trope. Before Sense & Sensibility performing from June 26 through July. No tickets or reservations are necessary to view the performances. However, the group will accept donations at the time of the performances. All shows are Thursdays through Sundays and begin promptly at 6:30.
Native Sun Product Recommendation: A live resin vape cart from Native Sun will provide a smooth and relaxing experience while taking in a theater performance. Our house-branded vapes are discreet and allow you to better control the effects.
